The Puerto Rican Parade is made possible by the Spanish Action Coalition. It is set to take place on Saturday, August 2nd, 2008. An application is required for participation. To participate, contact Jackie Ortíz at jackie@jackieortiz.com or call Carlos Santana at (585) 232-4050.

This year's parade route will begin at the Liberty Pole in downtown Rochester, and end at Frontier Field (site of the Puerto Rican Festival).

• Registration begins 9:30am, corner of Pleasant and Franklin St.
• -Music at the Liberty Pole begins at 10am
• -Introduction Ceremony begins at 11am
• -Procession will commence at 12 noon
